Zip Crete 137 is a 100% epoxy solids formula and can be used a self-leveling epoxy floor resurfacer or topcoat that is resistant to heavy traffic and corrosive spillages. Since it is a resin rich system, it bonds with miraculous strength. This self leveling epoxy floor repair soaks into the pores of the concrete and holds tight even at the feather-edges. This product can be used a light bodied concrete floor coating.

Installation

Step 1: Repair area must be clean and dry. If the area is not dry or clean, the epoxy will not adhere properly.


Step 2: Mix Part A with Part B in the pail supplied for 30 seconds…..Then introduce the aggregate and then blend into a homogenous state for approx. 30-45 seconds.


Step 3: Once you reach the desired consistency, apply the product to your project.

Step 4: This is a Notched Squeegee applied product.

Cure time: 12 hours at 70°

Pot life is 15 minutes
